Any specific requirements must be communicated by the Customer to <strong>CAR WASH SHOP &amp; SERVICE SRL<\/strong>.\u00a0<br \/>Shipments within Italy and Europe up to 50 kg are handled by <strong>Mail Boxes Etc<\/strong>, with over 600 centers across Italy. Heavy or bulky shipments are managed by <strong>ARCO Spedizioni<\/strong>, which operates over 100 branches throughout Italy.<\/p><p>We ship from <strong>Monday to Friday<\/strong>. Orders received during the weekend are processed the following Monday.<br \/>In some cases, certain items may be temporarily unavailable. In such situations, you will be notified via email or phone, and you may choose whether to:<\/p><ul><li><p>have the unavailable item shipped later,<\/p><\/li><li><p>remove it from your order, or<\/p><\/li><li><p>wait for a single shipment once all items are available.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Naturally, the amount corresponding to unavailable items will automatically be deducted from the total indicated at the time of order registration.<br \/>In the case of <strong>credit card payment<\/strong>, the charge will be made <strong>only upon shipment<\/strong> and <strong>only for the items actually dispatched<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br \/>Shipping costs<\/h2><p>You can ship the products you intend to return as you prefer, using express courier or regular mail service.
