Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days of receipt of the shipment (business days will begin to be calculated based on proof of delivery). Products must be returned undamaged and packaged

How to make a return

All you need to do is fill out the return form and send it to us by fax or email. Your return request will be notified to our Management, who will consider whether to authorize it or not: the authorization will be confirmed to you by email. Once the return is received, our Quality Control team will evaluate the status of the returned products and proceed to handle your request and issue any refund. If you are a registered user, any activity will be notified to you by email and you can follow up contextually by logging into your member area. By complying with all the conditions listed, CAR WASH SHOP & SERVICE will refund the total price of the products purchased or, if you prefer, generate a “credit” that can be used directly on the website for your next purchase.

Failure of CAR WASH SHOP & SERVICE to accept the return.

In the event that the above conditions are not met or it is found that the returned products are damaged or used, CAR WASH SHOP & SERVICE reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case, you will be able to decide to receive the purchased products again, but will be responsible for the shipping costs. It will not be possible thereafter to refuse the sent shipment.

No returns will be accepted for orders from countries other than those where they were delivered

Conditions for properly exercising the right of withdrawal

In order to avail yourself of the right of withdrawal, you will have to comply with these simple conditions in order to obtain a refund of the amount you paid when making your purchase:

  • Your return request must be received by our Sales Department no later than the fourteenth business day from the date of delivery. If communication is not made within this time frame, your request will be rejected

  • Products must be returned via a single shipment and preferably within the original packaging that was delivered to you. Returns of products belonging to the same order sent at two different times will not be accepted

  • Products must be returned undamaged and must not have been used or damaged.

    Timing of reimbursement

Refund of the total price of the products will be made no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The timing of the refund will vary depending on the payment method you used and specifically:

    • Credit card: the technical time to get a refund depends on the credit institution that issued your card. The value date of chargebacks will not change from the date of chargeback

    • Paypal: The refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible in a couple of days. Paypal itself will send you a notice stating the refund

    • Cash on delivery payment: you will need to have a bank account available to obtain a refund. You will be contacted by our Administrative Office to work out the details of re-crediting the amount paid

    • Other payment systems: reimbursement arrangements will be determined in consultation with our Administrative Office.
