    In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased goods will be shipped in the manner set out in the following paragraph “Delivery of Products“, to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of credit, then on average within two to five days after making the transfer (the timing varies depending on the Credit Institute used).

Product delivery

The purchased goods, together with the corresponding invoice, are delivered by courier to the address provided by the Customer when placing the online order. Any specific delivery requirements must be communicated by the Customer to CAR WASH SHOP & SERVICE SRL.
Shipments within Italy and Europe up to 50 kg are handled by Mail Boxes Etc, which operates over 600 service centres throughout Italy. Heavy or bulky shipments are handled by ARCO Spedizioni, which has over 100 branches across Italy.

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders we receive over the weekend are processed the following Monday. It may happen that some items may be difficult to find. In such cases you will be notified by e-mail or phone of the problem that has occurred and a decision may be made that the unavailable item will be sent at a later date or cancelled from the order or sent in one shipment when the order is complete. Of course, the amount of the unavailable items will be automatically deducted from the amount indicated when registering the order. In the case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made only at the time of shipment and only for items actually shipped.

Shipping costs

You can ship the products you intend to return as you prefer, using express courier or regular mail service. You will be responsible for shipping costs if:

• One or more of the products you received do not conform to what you ordered.
• The products you received have obvious manufacturing defects. In this case, we will arrange to book a pickup through our express courier so that you can return the purchased products without having to pay shipping costs.

Free shipping to Italy:

For all orders with delivery in Italy over €250, shipping is free of charge.
The shipping cost is automatically reset to zero in the shopping cart when the expected threshold is reached.
