The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following listed methods.
In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased goods will be shipped in the manner set out in the following paragraph “Delivery of Products“, to the address indicated by the customer upon receipt of the credit, then on average within two to five days after making the transfer (timing varies depending on the Credit Institute used). The purchased goods, along with the related invoice, are delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the online order. Any specific requirements must be communicated by the Customer to CAR WASH SHOP & SERVICE SRL.
Shipments within Italy and Europe up to 50 kg are handled by Mail Boxes Etc, with over 600 centers across Italy. Heavy or bulky shipments are managed by ARCO Spedizioni, which operates over 100 branches throughout Italy.
We ship from Monday to Friday. Orders received during the weekend are processed the following Monday.
In some cases, certain items may be temporarily unavailable. In such situations, you will be notified via email or phone, and you may choose whether to:
have the unavailable item shipped later,
remove it from your order, or
wait for a single shipment once all items are available.
Naturally, the amount corresponding to unavailable items will automatically be deducted from the total indicated at the time of order registration.
In the case of credit card payment, the charge will be made only upon shipment and only for the items actually dispatched.
You can ship the products you intend to return as you prefer, using express courier or regular mail service. You will be responsible for shipping costs if:
