Sales made by CAR WASH Shop &Service S.r.l. are subject to the following General Conditions of Sale, unless expressly waived in writing.
Orders
Orders received directly or through sales associates are valid only if accepted with written confirmation, without commitment as to delivery date or quantity. We have the right to suspend shipments or cancel accepted orders in all cases of force majeure that delay or do not allow, in whole or in part, procurement, or make supplies onerous. In such cases the purchaser shall not be entitled to any compensation.
Changes on products
Between the date of order confirmation and the date of execution, we reserve the right to make any changes we deem necessary and useful for the operation or perfection of the components and equipment to be supplied, without this constituting grounds for the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind.
Prices
The prices of the goods are always those indicated by CarWashS.&S. and invigorated at the time of delivery, therefore, any prices indicated in the order may be for information only. These prices do not include value-added tax, packaging and transportation charges.
Shipping
If the method of shipment is not specified on the order, we are authorized to adjust according to our own judgment and without any responsibility.
Delivery terms
The delivery terms which, in any case, run from the date of our order confirmation, are purely informative and therefore not essential nor binding. Any delay in the delivery of the goods confirmed and any partial execution of the order confirmation will not entitle the buyer to withdraw from the purchase nor dipretendere compensation for direct or indirect damages, nor to delay with respect to deadlines, the payment of supplies already invoiced.
Disputes and returns
Upon delivery, the buyer is obliged to carefully examine the goods and immediately dispute in writing any defects. In any event, eight days after delivery of the goods without Car Wash S. & S. having received any written objection from the purchaser, all claims for defects and/or lack of quality of the goods shall be forfeited to the purchaser. Returns cannot be accepted unless expressly authorized to us through the appropriate form.
Payments
Payments must be made according to the conditions stated on the invoice regardless of any dispute or claim. After expiration of the
forfeiture period established in the terms of payment, bank interest will accrue in addition to reimbursement of any additional expenses. If the payment terms are not met, the Supplier has the right to suspend further ongoing supplies and charge interest for late payment at the current commercial rate. Payment of the price of the goods may not be deferred for any reason whatsoever, even in the event of disputes.
For orders paid through the Paypal payment method, customers are informed that,in the event of voluntary cancellation of the order,the refund of the payment will be made net of the transaction handling fees (retained by the Paypal platform).
Warranty
The warranty covers for 12 months from the date of invoice all defects from materials and manufacturing, and provides for replacement of parts or repair of defective parts exclusively at our care and workshop. The material being repaired shall be sent free port. When the repair is completed, the machine or the product in general will be sent in Assigned Port to the customer. The warranty does not include the intervention of our representatives at the place of installation, nor any disassembly.
Are excluded from the warranty:
– Failures caused by improper use or assembly
– Failures caused by external agents
– Failures caused by neglect or poor maintenance;
Warranty lapses
- In case of arrears or other contractual fulfillments;
- Should repairs or modifications be made to our machines or products without our consent;
- Should the serial number (if any) be tampered with or deleted;
- Should the damage be caused by misuse, as well as mishandling, knocks, falls, and other causes not attributable to normal operating conditions;
- Should unauthorized disassembly or tampering result;
- In case the products are used for purposes other than those indicated;
Catalog
Correspondence of our products to the conditions of use required by it. The colors of the samples photographed in the catalog, do not necessarily correspond to the colors used in standard production.
Responsibility
We are exonerated from any possible liability and obligation for any damage suffered by persons or property in dependence of the use of the goods supplied for causes or in dependence thereof, for hidden defects, for defect of construction, or for liability arising from any infringements from patents, trademarks, or designs found on the goods supplied.
Reservation of property
The goods object of the sale remain the exclusive property of the seller until full payment of the agreed price, as provided by ‘art.1253c.c.

The above conditions are deemed accepted in full and unconditionally with the issuance of written or verbal orders, except in the presence of explicit written exceptions agreed upon the signing of the order and accepted by CAR WASH Shop & Service S.r.l.
