If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days of receipt of the shipment (business days will begin to be calculated based on proof of delivery). Products must be returned undamaged and packaged
All you need to do is fill out the return form and send it to us by fax or email. Your return request will be notified to our Management, who will consider whether to authorize it or not: the authorization will be confirmed to you by email. Once the return is received, our Quality Control team will evaluate the status of the returned products and proceed to handle your request and issue any refund. If you are a registered user, any activity will be notified to you by email and you can follow up contextually by logging into your member area. By complying with all the conditions listed, CAR WASH SHOP & SERVICE will refund the total price of the products purchased or, if you prefer, generate a “credit” that can be used directly on the website for your next purchase.
In the event that the above conditions are not met or it is found that the returned products are damaged or used, CAR WASH SHOP & SERVICE reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case, you will be able to decide to receive the purchased products again, but will be responsible for the shipping costs. It will not be possible thereafter to refuse the sent shipment.
No returns will be accepted for orders from countries other than those where they were delivered
